Fan House is nestled on a coastal site between Hook Pond, a golf course, and the Atlantic Ocean in East Hampton, Long Island. On the far Western edge of a flat and manicured ground, the house provides expansive views over the green fairways and dunes, beyond to the ocean and sunset.

A series of two-story ‘towers’ encircle an internal courtyard, creating a village-like configuration, which provides separation and privacy for the residents and guests between each tower and between each level of the house.
